Refund issued to original FBA order, new replacement order also delivered to buyer by FBA

Hello everyone,

Today We Experienced Again a Worst & Senseless Policy from Amazon FBA Replacement & Return Policy.

FBA Order ID : 403-0491779-8941969 (original order) Rs.7700/-

Refund issued Rs.7700/-to Original Order,

also, FBA has Delivered the New Replacement Order to Buyer at Zero Cost.

FBA Replacement Order: 408-0173204-0557152

It Means, that Buyer Has Recieved Product at Zero Cost with Full Refund for Original Product.

Now, Buyer Enjoying Product at Free of Cost.

Same Issues We Faced Several Times,

Till Date No Clarification Recieved from Amazon that Why They Issue the Refund to Buyer when Buyer has ALready Recieved the Replacement Order ?
