Brand Registry Verification
My issue requires help from a mod. I am on the last step for brand registry. My attorney sent the wrong number in via email when ask for the verification code. I now have the correct info but the only way I found to submit https://brandservices.amazon.com/transparency/contactus seem to fall into a black hole. This has been ongoing for a over month

My name is Sandy from the Community manager team here on forums.
Brand Registry allows sellers to respond with the verification code from their attorney within 10 days. If it has been more than 10 days after brand registry asked for a verification code, sellers will have to apply again from the start.
I see in case ID 13082993341 that the verification code was send 1 month ago which means the case is now closed and you will need to reapply again.
Would you please try to reapply to Brand registry? Hopefully this time it will be a smoother process. If you are unable to reapply please let me know.
