Search Suppression For No Reason

I listed an item on the 13th of November. When listing, if you don't have certain things filled out, you can not proceed with your listing, one of those being product description. I had everything filled out, my description was in there, everything looked good. After a bit, the item was posted and active. Then later, I saw that the listing was search suppressed. I check it, and it says there is no product description. So I go in to check, there it is in black and white in all it's glory, yet the box around it is red and below it states: Product Description' is required but not supplied. Yet there is the description I put in right there. I tried putting it back in again and sent it back through, but yet here we are still sitting at searched Suppressed. There isn't anything wrong with the description, as I use the same descriptions for like items, and no problems with those. Contacted Customer Support, the gal said she would have to send it to another team and they would email me. Got an email that beat around the bush and basically said here's a link for you to read about search suppression. Did not even mention anything about why their system can't seem to read and see that there is a description in the box. Anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it? It's ridiculous to have to figure out what's going on without the help of those that should know what to do and how to fix the problem.

This glitch has been around for years but Amazon turns a blind eye. If you're trying to update within the listing itself, try a file upload instead. If that doesn't work, you'll need to convince Seller Support there is a way to fix it. Read through this post.
