Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager to fulfill a position in the Buyer Abuse Prevention Team.

Now Amazon is not seeking a person with actual selling experience and knowledge of the scams and abuse buyers play on Amazon itself and sellers every day. Amazon is looking for a person that can resolve the issues by Programming them away.

Amazon uses programming solutions all over the site, but are they actually for resolving issues, or they more like simply monitoring problems.

I'm not a programmer but do believe these two solutions, not band-aids would correct many abusive problems on the Amazon venue.

1. Simply add one sentence at the top of the Buyer Authorized Return Page, would resolve many of the buyer return scams and fraud.

Buyers selecting the wrong return reason, returning different products will have their return privileges removed.

That sentence is written on a subconscious level to two different sets of buyers. Within less than a second after reading, the honest buyer thinks, "Da...Who would do that". While the dishonest scammer will think, "Oh No, I wonder what that means", giving a lot of thought to what they were PLANNING to do.

2. Do away with RFS. That is the instrument a programmer developed to create what has to be one of the biggest promotions of buyer return fraud in history. Maybe that is who this applicant is replacing.
