Can Order Handling Capacity Extend Handling Time by More Than 1 Day
If my handling time is set to 1 day and my order handling capacity is i.e. 20 orders, what happens if I receive more than 40 orders?
- 1-20 orders are fulfilled in 1 day.
- 21-40 orders take 2 days.
- 41+
My question is: Does the handling capacity continue to add an additional day for each subsequent batch that exceeds the capacity, or is it capped at just 1 extra day?

Hey @Seller_6dhbjAwvZUXzx, once you receive 20 orders, customers will see a delivery promise that is a day longer, and you’ll have an additional day of handling time. For the first 20 orders, you’ll have one day to fulfill them, and for every order after the first 20 orders, you’ll have a handling time of two days (one-day default handling time + one-day adjustment from the order handling capacity).
