Listing inactive asking for unnecessary FSSAI license and food Category approval

I have been begging Amazon for more than 80 days to reactivate my listing as per Indian Government policy, but Amazon is not taking it seriously.

My inedible dried Rudraksha fruits listing was deactivated by Amazon from More than 80 days, by seeking unnecessary food category FSSAI license.

Please suggest me what should I do to resolve the issue?
