Shipment lost in VGT2
I made an LTL shipment plan on 24th April.
I sent 2 Pallets via LTL carrier (OTHER) from my forwarder.
I received POD from my forwarder. I found my shipment has been picked up on 3rd May and arrived at the FBA warehouse (VGT2) on 4th May.
Of course, I can see the signature on the POD from Amazon FBA employee.
However, my all units were missing (It is total 2002 pcs, and The product amount is approximately $50,000).
I opened a case but they are still investigating the issue.
My shipment is still stuck in the process of "shipped".
It should be "In transit" status when it was delivered. But it is still in "shipped".
My 3PL forwarder said some of their clients have the same problem with their shipment in the VGT2 warehouse.
What happened in VGT2?
How can I get help from Amazon?
Please help me.

Thanks for posting, this sounds like a conundrum - and certainly insignificant considering the amount of inventory here! Do you have the case number for the Seller Support case you referenced? I know you mentioned it's still be investigated, but I'd like to get an additional set of eyes on it to support a proper resolution. If anything goes awry I can also look to escalate that case after it has been closed. Let me know!

I would recommend pushing for an update on the primary ticket for this issue (12973104651). I can see the ticket is still being worked by Seller Support, so I have hope that they will be able to resolve it as you have provided the documents. If the case is closed but the issue remains unresolved, I will be able to escalate the case. I will keep checking the status of this case in the meantime.

We meet a same situation, also the VGT2. I got a signed BOL, proof of purchase.
Opened several cases, but only get the answer - amazon did not receive anthing , the BOL, even signed, could not prove amazon has received the quantities of the shipment.
How funny!
