Late Dispatch Rate | Account Deactivation

I received an order on 14-04-24 with a scheduled pickup date of 15-04-24. However, by 3:30 PM on that day, the courier team had not arrived for the pickup, which typically occurs between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM daily. After contacting the courier person, I was assured that the order would be picked up by 6:30 PM, but no one arrived. Consequently, I opened a support case (Case ID: 9707678512, 9710917052) and submitted the Easy Ship pickup form. The pickup was rescheduled for the next day, 16-04-24, and the order was successfully picked up.

Despite this, my account health was affected by a Late Dispatch Rate issue. I reached out to the support team and provided all the necessary evidence, including images and screen recordings showing the order preparation time and case log time. However, Amazon's seller team dismissed my case, claiming falsely that the order was attempted on 2024-04-15 at 17:52:51, although the courier team member admitted that no attempt was made to pick up the order that day; the pickup was only attempted the following day.

This treatment from Amazon is completely unfair and disrespectful to sellers. Despite following all the rules and submitting the Easy Ship pickup form, they continue to blame sellers without addressing the underlying issues with their courier service. What is the point of submitting the Easy Ship pickup form if Amazon refuses to acknowledge their own mistakes? Thank you, Amazon, for subjecting sellers to such disrespect and causing unnecessary stress and frustration.

Same issue with us. Pickup does not happen from Amazon team and that leads to our Account health issue. Unfair.

My Amazon FBA pickup does not happen because delivery person says Amazon does not pay us well for these boxes. So not pickup will happen from our end.

My advice to you and other seller is, to always behave well to courier partners and ask them where is your warehouse, so when they do not pick up your orders then you can send all your orders directly to the amazon warehouse.

I did the same when no one was coming due to some reason.

AMAZON's prime employment quality is to hire thugs, cheats liars in their company and also entertain such people as their customers too. Decent genuine sellers or buyers are being mistreated always. Even we are facing such an issue. The delivery boy never attempted the pickup but marked that the delivery boy came twice. I have the evidences but still the seller is wrong. Totally UNFAIR.

Wish we were also thugs so that amazon would have listened to us.

Same has happened with me. Amazon states DA has come to pick up and I didn’t handed over to the DA guy.

I have asked Amazon to send the call records also to check the geo tagging.
