I hope that in 2025, we don’t encounter any more Amazon policies that render sellers invisible, like dust particles that Amazon can’t even see. Currently, it feels as though Amazon places little value on sellers. When a seller faces a specific issue, they often can’t identify what the problem is, and the Amazon support team is unable to provide clarity because they themselves do not know the specifics. The support team is only aware that there is an issue, but they lack the details to explain it. This leaves sellers in a position where they cannot even object or seek resolution because they are not informed about the nature of the problem. We only know that there is an issue, but we are unable to ask for specifics.

In Amazon’s ecosystem, it seems that the seller’s role is diminished, while the customer is given utmost priority. If a buyer lodges a complaint against a seller, the seller is required to submit extensive documentation to prove their innocence. However, if a seller raises a complaint against a buyer, Amazon often initiates a refund to the buyer without requiring substantial evidence.
