My orders are being automatically marked as “picked up” without any delivery person actually coming or calling. I’ve already filled out the form to report this issue, but no one has contacted me yet. Customers are now requesting refunds because of this. Please advise on what I should do to resolve this urgently. The same issue is happening when I try to send products to the FBA warehouse

are these easyship orders , if these are easyship orders , this is the responsibility of Amazon to deliver them , else you got reimbursement of the refunds.
