18 Days No One coming to Receive the Easy Ship Orders not Getting any Professional Response from the Support Team

We are getting very Slow - Cold Response from amazon selling Support
Its waste of Time & Energy that no one is able to solve the issue
orders are Not Getting Picked up by Easy Ship Delivery Team !!
Since 2nd may 23 and today its 18 may
orders are getting cancelled & we are not able to do anything every day we are packing the orders and waiting for delivery Person bt no one is coming then we fill the miss pick up form like a every day routine .

Hi, I am also facing the same issue, and I can empathize with you on this, I am also calling seller’s support over 20 times, opened many caselogs, filled numerous shipping miss forms but did not get any resolution at all, finally I came to a conclusion that amazon seller support is no support at all for seller’s they are there for showcasing purposes only, just to listen to our complaints, asks us to fill the form,and to send useless copy paste emails showing false empathy which they lack in the first place and the problem is that there is nothing wo can do, we can’t even complaint this inaction and negligence, we can’t even have a feedback form to submit on this kind of behavior, I lost 3 of my orders and 2of them are on the verge of cancelation, these are my orders not been pickd up till date

I think instead of contacting and wasting our time with useless seller support, we should find the nearest ATS office and ask them to help us or go for Amazon FBA, otherthan that until amazon opens its eyes and help the seller’s genuinely we have to bear this injustice.

Check for the tracking details on shipment label. If it is ATS, call the person who comes to deliver your Amazon shipments. It is is mentioned ECOM, call ECOM Express. Everytime they miss to pickup, you might also get increased late shipment rate. Create tickets or fill forms to have a proof that you had already made the item ready before the shipment date.

You will be charged cancellation fees for all the cancellations and you might sometimes get it back after a long time if you can keep talking to the seller support.
