Hi, I am also facing the same issue, and I can empathize with you on this, I am also calling seller’s support over 20 times, opened many caselogs, filled numerous shipping miss forms but did not get any resolution at all, finally I came to a conclusion that amazon seller support is no support at all for seller’s they are there for showcasing purposes only, just to listen to our complaints, asks us to fill the form,and to send useless copy paste emails showing false empathy which they lack in the first place and the problem is that there is nothing wo can do, we can’t even complaint this inaction and negligence, we can’t even have a feedback form to submit on this kind of behavior, I lost 3 of my orders and 2of them are on the verge of cancelation, these are my orders not been pickd up till date

Check for the tracking details on shipment label. If it is ATS, call the person who comes to deliver your Amazon shipments. It is is mentioned ECOM, call ECOM Express.
