FBA weight handling charges
FBA weight handling fee is being charged wrong in my account. I have shared product images showing dimension and weight and launched many Case ID since it has been charged but seller support of Amazon has no clue what to do. Every time replying that we are working on the same and get back to you very soon......kindly help

If the product is in their warehouse then only they can measure it. Make sure it is in the warehouse, otherwise, you will be getting the same replies.
Also if you have been charged wrong, they will give you reimbursement.
