No one came for 2 easy ship pick up orders

No one for pick up for orders and this happened back to back on two orders 2 days apart. on the thrid day amazon cancelled the order and now second order will also get cancelled. if u call cust care they ask u to fill the form and thats it . The cust is not told that its an amazon pick up isse for them its a brand issue

This is what happens on Amazon. If you are at fault, you pay the penalty. If you are not at fault, still you pay the penalty, unless you raise a claim and then prove that you were not at fault, in which case your penalty will be revoked, but you will not get anything. So Amazon actually doesn't care about missed pick ups. The only thing you can do is hand over the packages to someone else's warehouse and complete the delivery. If you can crack a deal and deliver the product then you can use self ship. FBA or Easy Ship you will have multiple problems with no solutions.

This happened to me also. Lost few orders because of this and infact I even tried a dummy order myself, which also did not get picked up. I raised case after a case, and the support team said they would send. But no one ever came. I would suggest switching to Self Ship so that you do not lose orders. Later on when orders pick up you can switch to FBA.
