Food and Product Safety Issues - No answer to appeal since 8 december.

Hi, I have one of my product removed (one color variation) for Food and Product Safety Issues, just before christmas. I have made an appeal and I receive auto replies only, every weeks, asking me to be patient. I have provided all tests and lab reports, I have already been checked for compliance last june. This is, I think a bot mistake, but I have no help, no real replies... How can I have this problem fixed, this is my brand, and my only product... Thanks in advance.
