Team Amazon Management , We have observed Big Gap in Self Ship Return Policy -
Self Ship Policy above 25K dont have any Claim Coverage.
Self Ship policy ideally states Merchant to Check Return & approve Refund as per condition But -
a. Here looms a Risk of A2Z Claim sword with Buyer
b. A2Z invitably suggested to Buyer by Amazon Cx Support wo any empathy to Merchant even if Buyer - Seller resolved amicably.
c. Then A2Z Claim either deducts hefty amount as seller funded without returning units or sleeps over months on reimbursement - If you want example we can provide many.
3. If partial refund as per condition Merchant approves A2Z forces full refund ?
4. And to save performance & Account Merchant surrenders to unfair Claim.
So , is there a sanctity to such Self Ship Policy to Seller to Decide Refund as per Return Condition !!! Humble request for relook in the policy and attitude of Amazon Cx Support here , though we know it's thier KRA but still .......And Seller support most of the time are helpless wo authority here to help .....
