Assistance Required for Expired Status Issue with FBA Inventory

We recently registered on Amazon FBA and moved our food products to the Amazon Fulfillment Centers (MAA4 and CJB1) for the first time. However, the units received at these facilities are being marked as "Unfulfillable" with the reason listed as "Expired."

We have ensured that all packaging label information on the pouches is accurate and compliant, including MRP, manufacturing date, expiry/use-by date, etc. When we raised a case to address this issue, we were informed that the products were marked as expired, and a photo was shared where the expiry date appeared clear.

Upon escalating the case, the support team confirmed that there are no issues with the packaging information and that the product is not expired. They assured us that they would request the fulfillment center to update the status to "Fulfillable" and investigate the reason for marking the units as expired. Unfortunately, there has been no positive resolution so far.

This issue has occurred twice now, leaving us unable to move our products to the fulfillment center. We are unsure why this continues to happen and would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions to resolve this matter.
