Hi I am a new seller and my selling location is in the main market. all my fellow business establisments are also selling on amazon, mesho and other platforms. I started listing my products and i got it done by professional help. the listing and everything is perfect. & i started getting orders

10 orders i received in last 2 weeks but all the orders where not picked up by courier partner. everyday i packed my goods and kept it ready but there was a delivery miss. I have raised missed pickup ticket for all my delivery. & have all the records that i am in no fault.

these are my 2 concerns

1) My balance is showing negative. (i know it will be reversed as all the tickets shows it will be reversed) but what about my time & packing material loss ?

2) I think the fellow business people are in doing this on purpose and they are bribing the amazon delivery person so that he does not pickup from my shop. i cought 1 amazon delivery guy and he was too scared to answer as if i caught him red handed. & once i saw he was showing his pickup list to one of my competitor shop.

is this all legal in India? can amazon not take any action against such delivery partners ?

Customer care says you do a self ship is this a solution ? i will loose my score they delivery time will not be able to manage and it will be expensive compared to Amazon delivery >
