we had a promotion on Black friday and thanksgiving day,
got more orders than usually ,but still have most of them in Pending till today.
Are there sellers same with us? what are the reasons?

That is the new way buyers are being trained to make a good decision. Place an order, but do not purchase. This just keeps them out of your live inventory so another buyer can't burchase them. Buyers are told to wait a few days to see if they can find a lower price. These pending sales cat last for up to 2 weeks.
Being a seller, you can see, there is a downside to this strategy.

Hi @Seller_uft0lmOnqpbwY, orders may be pending due to payment verification for up to 21 days. We're coming up on 14 days from Black Friday I believe. Let me know if these continue to be in pending status.
