We have a product on Amazon.co.uk with over 2000 reviews and a 4.4 star rating. We have the same product on Amazon.com and we have Global reviews. Our USA product has around 1900 (majority pulling through from the UK) reviews but the rating is only 4.0 stars - has anyone else encountered this where the review volume is similar but the rating is quite different? We are not sure if this means that only US reviews are counting in our overall rating now? Impacting sales so would be great to understand more
