Amazon Misguiding Me in Category Approval for Portable Cloth Dryer – Need Clear Answer (Case ID: 10754880672)

Hello Fellow Sellers & Amazon Support Team,

I am facing a serious issue with category approval for my Portable Cloth Dryer and I believe Amazon is misguiding me with vague responses instead of providing a proper resolution.

Issue Summary:

I want to list my Portable Cloth Dryer in the Portable Dryer category under Large Appliances.

However, when I try to select the category, it is locked, and I am unable to proceed.

When I click on "Learn More", I am redirected to a page that does not load any relevant information.

I raised a case with Amazon Seller Support (Case ID: 10754880672), but they gave me generic responses without solving my issue.

Instead of helping, Amazon is saying that category eligibility is internally determined and that no specific criteria or documentation is available for approval.

Misguidance from Amazon:

When I asked for the official Amazon policy link that defines eligibility criteria, they refused to provide it and kept giving me vague responses.

They told me to "improve my account performance", but my account health is already good and I still don't see any "Apply to Sell" option for this category.

Amazon support is not providing a clear resolution and just repeating the same scripted answers.

What I Want from Amazon:
