Seller Account Deactivated due to amazon pay deactivation
Hello,
My seller account has been deactivated after 7 months from my Amazon Pay was deactivated. While my Amazon Pay was closed because they didn't approve my documents not because of any policy violations and I just moved on and decided not to use Amazon Pay. I opened a case 14817353951 to try to get my amazon pay reactivated but I'm not getting any responses. I tried emailing amazon-pay-seller-confirmation and no response as well. I've been in this issue for more than 2 weeks and I can't get any help.
Can anyone help?

I reviewed your Seller Account and there are important Notifications being sent to you on February 11th and 15th, with instructions and steps to follow to reactivate your account. You can review them by accessing the Main Menu > Performance > Performance Notifications.
