If you are receiving those messages through Amazon mark as no response needed.
If you set yourself up for this on social media -- you'll have to deal with that.
I think you answered that with the social media revelation.

I have also been asked for samples. I tell then that I'm running a business, & even shipping costs money.
If you have a good product people will buy it. Just be patient, good things will come. It doesn't come by pushing it.
I like that you're using resources to advertise your product on social media. I do it too. I have an Instagram business account with links to Amazon. Maybe try that.
