easy ship charged me wrongly
I got my first order on Amazon. i scheduled that order and while doing that my package was charged rupees 143.90. Whereas it should be rupees 76.70 only.
its actual weight 370g and dimensions are 36cm*13.5cm*13.5cm.
I calculated its volumetric weight is 36*13.5*13.5= 6561
=6561/5000=1.3122g
So fee with gst must be 76.70
but they are charging 143.90
And its easy ship calculator also has mistaking in volumetric column there is 5 instead of 5000 in division. Whereas 5000 is showing everywhere in detail page of ES feature and fee.
Please solve this concern soon.

Hello! @Seller_If3K3wNkf8XKf
This is Roberto. Thank you for taking the time to write in the Forums and for adding all the details of your product upfront, I have taken the time to manually calculate this.
Based on my findings, I have confirmed the fees are accurate. Let me break it down below:
- First multiply the dimensions: 36 × 13.5 × 13.5 = 6,561
- Then divide by 5000: 6,561 ÷ 5000 = 1.31 kg
With that in mind, we will be using the volumetric weight to calculate the fees, this means you will be given the rate for standard weight handling fee:
Based on your STEP level, the fees are 122 + GST 21.96 (18%) the fees are calculated as= 143.96. If you still have concerns around this, please contact our Seller Support team.
