It will be good if we can set the shipping settings separately for Easy Ship and Self Ship.
That way we can enable Easy Ship for 7 days of the week independently which doesn’t effect the Self Ship schedule.

STEP is a complete fraud program created by Amazon . I’m been marked down on parameter like out of stock and late dispatch rate . There is direct access to the data. I emailed multiple times to STEP team they did not respond step-info@amazon.com and asked seller support they said we cannot share the data.
This clearly shows step is designed to give a clear advantage to specific sellers. As Government increased scrutiny. Amazon has designed this program to work around that legal obligation.

My issue with STEP is SCRR
Customers return products based on style issues , meaning they did not like the product.
This has affected our entire STEP rating even though we fall in PREMIUM in all segments.
Because of this one thing , we are in STANDARD since the beginning.
There should be some clarity on the basis of STEP algorithm.
Seller Flex has their own threshold limits - you should do away with those and only keep STEP in place. Why are there 2 performance measures ?
Experienced seller accounts / Seller Flex accounts should be handled differently.
Sellers are moving to other MARKETPLACES which are more simplified anyways.
