I HAVENT RECEVIED MY PAYMENT OF COD MODE BETWEEN 26TH NOV -DEC2. THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, ITS 6TH DAY TODAY, STILL HAVENT RECEVIED IT YET. IS ANYBODY ELSE FACING SIMILAR ISSUE. I CONTACTED AMAZON SELLER TEAM, STILL NOT RESOLVED. CONTINUOUSLY DRAGGING THINGS.

PLEASE HELP

YES WE FACED SIMILAR ISSUE, BUT NOW THE PAYMENT IS RETUNRED TO OUR AMAZON ACCOUNT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR AZ BALANCE AND STATEMENT.

sorry I mentioned wrong window. I haven't received cod payment mode for 19th nov-26th nov settlement. its funny I have received for next payment cycle, but this one is a miss

I contacted amazon, they said its a technical issue for sellers in India. Its been more than 12 days now, but haven't received any money in my account or amazon payment balance. is anybody else facing the same issue

fyi I have raised 3 tickets till date and still its no help, why are these people working so slow and not even updating, I feel we are already getting so many fake orders then our payment cycle is 15 days, finally during settlement also they are doing all this fraud, my amount is about 28000 rs, not a biggie for many, but for us small sellers, we are suffering big time, wonder what the hell has gone wrong with this company called amazon
