Help listing a bundled item under generic, gtin exemption approved

Hi Everyone,

Could someone please help, this as ben driving me mad all day

I cant get gtin exemption for the brand chupa chups as it states the bar code is on the packaging and to use that. So i applied for gtin exemption for generic and was-automatically approved. This was days ago.

I’m having lots of problems trying to list my lollies under generic. I’m not even trying to list them as chupa chups as the image of the packed item will show this.

But i’m trying to list them, for example as “ 50 cola flavoured lollies.”

Now it allows me to fill in all details on the create a listing, but it’s the title im having issues with. Once ive added the title, clicked no brand and clicked no product id - it says i need to apply for gtin exemption - even though im approved. So i click it, it approves me and says wait 30 mins ( ive been a-proved about 6 times over that few days.)

If i create the listing, add title really fast and press save - it then just goes to my draft creat a listing with the following message “ There is no record of the SKU corresponding to this update on your account. This commonly occurs when there are other issues on your SKU. “

I click edit to this and it takes me to vital info - prompts me to addd a barcode or click i dont have a product id. If i click dont have id - it then just changes page and swirls for ever.

I can create listings under the generic brand with no product id, if i dont use certain words, which is what i have found to be the problem. I can put in kids board game - no probs, i can put in test test - no probs - i can put in toy car - no probs.

But i cant use words such as lollies, lollipops, cola, strawberry etc. anything to help me actually describe in the title of the product im trying to sell ( without using any reference to branding ) i simply want to use titles such as 50 cola flavoured lollies or 75 assorted flavours of lollies such as strawberry, cola and apple

Any ideas of what im doing wrong and how i can put this right ?

Thanks in advance for any help

All the best Mike

Gtin exemption page states
EAN exemptions cannot be granted for single ASINs sold in product bundles or in bulk.

Hence toy car is OK But 50 toy cars wouldn’t be
