Make sure that the courier person scans the parcel in front of you and you hear the positive beep. Also, you can cross check the orders if any of them are cancelled once he arrives.

Create a manual formt of manifest at your end and get it signed by the delivery boy when he pick's your. order. We do the ame when ever we handover the paket to delivery partner.

Your mistake.. you might have not noticed that pac/s are scaned or not... All the cancel order/s dont pass through saning on pickup.
