Return shipment otp mismatch and still seller is at loss

This is to inform you that if your return shipment which ATS team delivers you only through OTP gets mismatch that also due to Amazon Technical system error, Kindly note that after 05 - 07 attempts the ATS team dispose the shipment, I have faced this problem and have register my case No: 8845027232 which is still pending
Even if you make a safe t claim the Team works with a blind eye and no mind and will deny your claim stating that the seller has refused, Even after sharing the video and giving all the proof my approx 07 Shipments are lost and there is loss of Rs 42000/- approximately

Yes, this is the issue with Amazon. Now they’re not treating the seller well. the seller support team is only to listen to your issue. They don’t have any authority to provide you with any resolution. It is better to file a few extra safe t claims to cover losses in returns lost.
