Funds Moved to Account Level Reserve – No Funds Available to Withdraw

Hello fellow sellers and Amazon support,

I’ve been a seller on Amazon for over 5–6 years and have always received my disbursements on the regular weekly payment cycle without any issues. However, recently, all my available funds have suddenly been moved to the Account Level Reserve, and my disbursement shows 0 funds available to withdraw.

This has never happened before, and it’s seriously affecting my cash flow and ability to continue normal business operations.

Important points to note:

My account health is in good standing.

All performance metrics, including order defect rate, late shipment rate, and cancellation rate, are well within acceptable thresholds.

There are no policy violations or unresolved issues on my account.

I’ve contacted Seller Support multiple times, but only received generic, forwarded messages without a clear explanation.

I’ve also searched multiple Amazon forums across different countries and found that many other sellers are facing the same issue, but no concrete solution is provided.

I’m reaching out here hoping for help or clarification:

We are facing the same issue with our account. Despite multiple follow-ups, neither Seller Support nor Account Health Support has provided any resolution. Both teams claim everything is normal and that our funds should not be on hold. However, our available balance has been showing ₹0 for the past 5 days, with no explanation or update. We are a small company, and they did this in the first week of the month, we dont even have money to pay our rent or our staff salary. Very frustrating. I think we pay so much fees and work so hard for amazon. We deserve a response at least.
