Lost Return Package
A customer requested a return for an order that consisted of two packages. They got their UPS return label via Amazon, returned the packages, and got refunded. Somewhere along the line, UPS lost one of the packages, and it never got delivered. We filed a SAFE-T claim through Amazon and a lost package claim through UPS. The SAFE-T claim was denied, and UPS investigated the claim but was unable to locate the missing package. UPS now states the sender must open a claim for any further action.
How do we get Amazon to file a UPS claim for the missing package? Does anyone who has experienced the same issue have any advice on how to handle this situation and get a reimbursement?
