2 step verification no work
Hello.I am facing an issue with logging into my account due to complications with two-step verification. My main phone number is no longer receiving SMS codes for account login. I changed my phone number to authenticator app but unfortunately forgot to save the QR code, and as a result, I lost access to the Google Authenticator for my account.
I have already uploaded my passport three times as part of the identity verification process, but I have not received any response for 7 days. Despite changing my account password and receiving codes via email, I am still unable to access my account because I no longer have access to the authenticator app.
Please assist me in resetting the two-step verification, as I need to regain access to my account. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I still haven't received a response from amazon, I've already uploaded documents five times to reset my two-step two-factor authentication.
