Is the FBA Small and Light Enrollment page gone?

When I go to where it use to be there are only 2 sections now.
1. Learn about the program
2. Disenroll products
but there is no enroll. I know the program changes in August but does this mean from here on out we can no longer enroll products?

Enrollment of new products into FBA Small and Light ended on July 17, 2023. Please check the below News Thread for details on Small and Light's replacement: Low-Price FBA Rates.
