We keep on getting Automated Reply on our cases

This is so frustrating, every time I reply its just automated responses from you guys. I was asking for a Live agent but same reply. Can someone help me. Case ID : 16519574891

I am disappointed to receive what appears to be the same automated response without addressing my specific request.

I have repeatedly provided all required documentation, including the invoice for 50 units fulfilled by Amazon, which fully complies with your listed requirements. Despite this, I have not received a valid explanation for the denial of my application.

I kindly request that this matter be reviewed by a supervisor or a team member with decision-making authority who can thoroughly evaluate my case and provide a personalized response. Automated messages are not addressing the issue at hand, and this is becoming highly unproductive.

Please escalate this case immediately, as I believe my application meets all the necessary criteria, and I expect a thorough review by an authorized individual.

Your 50 units fulfilled by Amazon is your ticket to never selling on here again. You will not get a "personalized" response. You can't buy from Amazon to then turn around and sell on Amazon. Also, Amazon does not provide invoices. Look up what requirements are needed for a valid invoice.

I have reviewed your case and see that your invoice is from the UK and you are trying to list them on the US site. The other reason could be that it's not getting approved is that you are requesting to list for a large brand, which many times needs direct authorization from the brand. If you have a relationship with the brand, ask them to add you to their Brand Registry, which will allow you to list their products.

Unfortunately, I am not able to get your product approved, but if you work with the brand and get their approval, then you could possibly list the products, but again, this would need to be approved through the application or Brand Registry from the brand owners end.

There was a similar thread a few days ago. @Michelle_Amazon was involved in that thread.

Someone posted a screen shot of the 50 unit "requirement" but the whole thing seems mighty strange and completely against policy.
