Amazon FBA is requiring an invoice in ordre to locate my books after 3 months!

Is anyone else getting auto-replies on their Cases, requesting a recent purchase receipt, after FBA cannot locate their inventory?!

In Dec 2023, FBA requested that I ship two (2) boxes of brand new books (18 books per box, 36 items total) to two DIFFERENT warehouse: MDW2 and FWA4. All 18 shipped to MDW2 were Located. I have sold a few units. **The FWA4 shipment was Received but "0" have been located - and it has been over 3 months!

(Because I know Amazon will auto-reply with this request) My latest Issue #'s are: 14989888831, 14571464511, 14819165951 and (today, ready to cancel my accounts) 15013997771. On the first Issue number, a "Retam B" has auto-replied within a just a few minutes with the same looong pasted reply, saying I need to provide him "with a recent purchase receipt before Amazon FBA can find my books!"

What should I do if items are lost in fulfillment centers, and there is no invoice for them? I received both boxes of books direct from my publisher, and went through the long process to get approval to sell these new books. How should one proceed something like that happens?

Amazon likes it when you can follow instructions. They asked for invoices, provide them with invoices. IME its prolly cause they are going to reimburse you for your loss and want to quantify the amount.

Oh and 1 case per issue, anything more and you risk being sent to the back of the line at best, never responded to at worst.

Multiple cases for the same issue is viewed as abuse/manipulation of the system.

Greetings @Seller_uzz0jslwgeNkt,

I can't directly quote your post, but in regards to "(Because I know Amazon will auto-reply with this request) My latest Issue #'s are: 14989888831, 14571464511, 14819165951" - are each of these cases related to the same issue / shipment?

Additionally, "I received both boxes of books direct from my publisher, and went through the long process to get approval to sell these new books. How should one proceed something like that happens?"

Do you have any documentation you can upload or provide that illustrates your relationship with the publisher?
