Duplicate Orders For Same Delivery Region
In the last 24 hours I have received a significant number of orders for the same product. All orders are for different names and addresses but all are in the same area code district with some on the same street which is unusual.
I have contacted all buyers to confirm order details and none have replied.
Being the case of a suspected competitor, what is the best way forward?.
I have not shipped any items yet.
The item is a christmas product to the value of £5.
TIA

I mean it could simply be someone promoted your product to a group of friends.
Your options would be...
- Ship the orders
- Cancel them if your Pre Fulfilment Cancellation Metric can take it. There's no reason you can give that won't affect this metric, unless the customer themself cancels
- Mark them as shipped but then refund. Note you would likely need to mark these as Self Delivery or something to 'circumvent' VTR. I believe though that you may still leave yourself open to negative feedback?

Not necessarily fraudulent, we have had this a few times, most recently for a product that was promoted in a local magazine, albeit we knew nothing about it, was just a happy customer raving about the item, but for a couple of weeks the item flew out the door to a sepcific area.
