Orders Getting Cancelled Due to Easy Ship – No Pickup Attempt, No Contact from Associate
Hello Amazon Team and Sellers,
I am a new seller on Amazon and have recently invested money in advertisements to boost my product visibility and generate orders. Thankfully, I did start receiving orders, but unfortunately, every order is getting cancelled due to issues with Easy Ship pickup service.
The pickup associate never calls or visits for the pickup, and the contact number provided is always switched off. I have raised this issue multiple times through seller support, but each time the only solution offered is a refund of cancellation charges.
This is not acceptable because:
I am losing money spent on ads for these cancelled orders.
My account health is being affected.
Orders are still pending pickup for days with no action.
No real resolution has been provided even after several complaints.
Please take this issue seriously and resolve it urgently. It’s demotivating for new sellers who are trying to grow their business sincerely.
