A to Z Claim (closed), but now I can't file Safe-T
We had a customer who opened a return request and sent back an item. On the day it was going to be delivered they opened an A to Z claim that morning. We received the item back and discovered it was not our item. We sell automotive parts and they returned the factory part after installing our aftermarket part on their vehicle. We informed the customer of this and then they went in and closed the A to Z. They also indicated they were wanting to close out the return. Today amazon processed their refund back on the return. We went to file a Safe-T claim but since the customer opened an A to Z claim we could not. This doesn't make since because the customer closed the A to Z claim.
I have contacted support via the chat and also submitted a case. Anyone have any luck in these sort of situations?
