FBA short shipment issue again and again
It has happend 5 times that FBA has received short shipment from my side whereas i have shipped accurate / correct quantities every time. How is it possible we send lesser no of items each time.
Seller support has only one reply (FBA has Confirmed short shipment). But this is too much now . I have suffered loss of around 1 lakh because of this . And dont know where to go with my problem
, who will compensate my losses. Staff at amazon is irresponsible and corrupt. This type of misdeed is not expected from a Brand Like AMAZON. Can anyone help me with the issue

theft by ATS person is the reason. check your shipment is properly sealed so that it can not be opened after shipment by ATS staff.

Happened 3-4 times with us as well.
ATS guys are clearly the culprits here and the seller has to bear the loss.
I opted out of FBA for this reason only.

but there has to be a proper investigation by amazon staff. Packing of my shipment is perfect and safest. They recommended FBA to us
