I am a new seller. I have listed products and the price is not featured.
What can I do to make my listings be eligible to feature offer fast:
should I improve the listings and add a+ content?
Should I advertise the listing to get traction?
Should I ask someone to buy the product?

It's a game. As a new seller you won't get the FOE/buy box staright out of the gate. You have to gain sales and history. Do not ask people to buy your product, that could cause an issue. You can play with your pricing, shipping time, advertising...

Thanks for the post. To add to @TVOI50's guidance, the price will not appear on the listing or main search page until you are eligible for the featured offer which takes time to establish as a new seller and for the listing to gain some traction.
The Featured Offer is also only available to sellers on a Professional Selling Plan.

I would recommend reviewing your listings to ensure that your listings are active and don't have any other issues such as listing quality errors or missing information.
