Urgent Help Needed with Pending Orders
Hi everyone,
I'm very new to FBA and facing an urgent issue. I received an order three days ago that is still pending, and another order from 20 hours ago is also pending. The message states that Amazon is unable to verify the buyer's credit card info.
How can I resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can't. They can stay pending for up to 21 days. The buyer is given a set of 7 days each to "fix the issue" and after 21 days it's not fixed it will go back in your inventory.
