Seller Wallet transfer to Bank missing funds

Hello,

I been using Seller Wallet for quite sometime and transferring funds from Seller Wallet to my Bank account have no issue at all. However there was an error with the recent transfer, money never arrive to my bank account, I asked the bank and they said there is no such transaction at all. Its been 8 days already since I transferred from the Seller Wallet, I opened a case but still no response.
