Late Fedex Shipments. Refunds?
My fedex rep told me that I qualify for shipment refunds, if they are delivered late.
I ship about 100 pkgs a day. Anyone know were I go to see if/what pkgs were late? I know there are services that will take 30-50% of your refund, and they will audit my account for me, but I'm simply trying to figure out how I can determine late deliveries myself.
And, this Late Delivery Refund I'm being told about, obviously applies to our personal Fedex account, but has anyone heard of anything similar if/when we use Amazon's Fedex labels?

How about the On-time Delivery Rate metric -- there's a report you can download.

Refunds and Warranties are only for show. I hate to inform you but you are wasting your time. I was a believer in the system at one time also. Good luck

Are you enrolled in FedEx My Rewards? You must be for the Money Back Guarantee.
Do you have verbiage in your pricing agreement with FedEx that specifically says you are entitled to the MBG?
You would need to link your FedEx account to Amazon. This way when you use Amazon Buy Shipping, it bills to your FedEx account. Shows on your weekly invoices. Those late deliveries would then become eligible (assuming the above to criteria apply).

I use an independent auditor to do it yes you pay for it but the amount of time you would spend auditing every shipment does not make sense. If you ship 100+ per day so 500 packages per week minimum it will take you some many hours to audit it without good software that it not worth the time. Fed ex banks on shippers not doing it because of the tasks involved. Also keep in mind it is Business days for the delivery not just days. So keep in mind when you do the audit Weekends do not count. Pay the fee because you will be surprised the late delivery rate is not what you think it is.
