RMN3 Fulfillment Center Marked Shipment as "Completed" with No Inventory Received

Hello Fellow Sellers,

I’m facing an issue with my recent shipment to the RMN3 fulfillment center. The shipment has been marked as "Completed," but none of the units have been added to my inventory.

Shipment Details:

Shipment ID: FBA18MCVSF09

Created On: November 27, 2024, at 7:36 PM

Closed On: December 13, 2024, at 9:08 AM

The trailer containing my shipment has already arrived at Amazon's operational center. However, the inventory from this shipment has not been received. According to Amazon, if the inventory is still not processed by January 20, 2025, the shipment will qualify for an investigation.

I’ve checked the reconciliation report, but no discrepancies or explanations are provided. The shipment was properly labeled, packed, and confirmed delivered.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Should I wait until the stated date, or is there a way to escalate this earlier? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
