WHY ARE SAME DAY ORDERS SHOWING AS SHIPPING LATE?
Hi - we do not offer same day or expedited shipping but we always ship on time and have maintained a stellar record. All of the sudden last week we started seeing a few late shipped orders showing up on our metrics. I couldn't figure out what happened until today when I printed out all of the "ship by today" labels and then a couple of hours later saw that there were new orders placed just today now showing as needing to ship today. I did not change anything. Any help to figure out how to "fix" this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Double-check that "Automated Handling Time" wasn't activated in your account.
Amazon once again decided that they knew sellers' FBM business better than the sellers themselves and automatically turned on AHT on a number of accounts last week (ours included). We caught it within an hour and turned it back off, but if we hadn't already been watching for it it certainly could have been disastrous for us.

I am seeing the same thing. It has alwatys been understood that there is a 2 business day allowance. One order yesterday shipped late, even though the order was only one day old. And today I have two orders where I am expected to do same0-day shipping.
.i did not sign up for this.
