Scam by Amazon Business Advisory

"I am being scammed under the name of Amazon Business Advisory. Despite repeatedly requesting them to stop, Amazon hasn't discontinued the service. I am losing ₹5000 every week, and I might have to close my seller account. If anyone has a solution, please share it."

It might help to directly contact Amazon's seller support, lodge an official complaint, and escalate the issue if necessary.

In fact depending on the Program you're enrolled into the engagement period required can vary.

I suggest you take a look at this page regarding Account Management Services to check further especially the part related to "Details of different Account Management Programs". Once you do so, if you believe you have already passed the required period and you're still unable to cancel your membership you can definitely report the issue to Seller Support.

I understand the frustration. I have faced similar difficulties when I was a new seller.

1) Check the minimum engagement period for your program as suggested by @Noor_Amazon_

2) Talk to your ABA manager in a polite and understandable way. Make sure to have a backup of all the communication (official email account preferably).

3) At start of the program you must have received communication details of his/her senior and also a higher level senior. Check your Amazon registered email. If the manager is not able to solve the issue, talk to the seniors.

4) Raise a complaint on SS simultaneously.
