Has anyone been to change the ads billing to Electronic balance instead of COD balance in India?

Until November my account was linked to Electronic payment and now when it is linked with COD balance the account always goes into negative balance and there is a risk of account getting suspended due to negative balance.

I contacted both ads support and seller support and none of them have information and access to this. I wonder who can I contact to find a solution?
