Customer Feedback

Hey did Amazon take away the ability to see customer feedback? I don't see it anymore. Or did they move it?

They've been moving it back and forth. If you no longer see it under Performance, look for it under Customers. Sometimes the whole "Customers" group vanishes and it's back under Performance. A shell game.

Once logged into Seller Central, click on the menu icon (the icon looks like 3 horizontal lines over each and is located on the top upper-left of the screen)

Use the following menu items to view your Seller and Product reviews:

"Performance" > "Feedback Manager"

"Brands" > "Customer Reviews"

You can also click on the flag icons (in the menu) next to each of these menu items. This will place these two menu items into the shortcuts row that is displayed on top of the Seller Central screen for quick access anytime you need them.
