I'm sorry to read this. Those of us here on the forums won't be able to directly do anything, but if you haven't already please raise a case with Support with these photos and the removal ID and info so it can be investigated and reconciled accordingly. If you share the case ID I can follow along as well.

I don’t know if you have already resolved this but if this is an FBA customer return that has be sent back to you under the status of a “Removal Order”, below is the link to the very form used for this type of claim. (scroll to the bottom of the page to reach the form)
