added a product existing on amazon

I am new seller on amazon, I recently added a product through Amazon Seller Central, i put the item description and it gave me a list of existing similar items, i added the same similar item with same product and it is not written to get approval, after i received the product on amazon, the owner of this product requested me to remove it from amazon. what shall i do?
