I started Amazon recently and all of my listings say unavailable on Amazon but they were approved.

First of all, check your account health page. Likely there is something on there that will explain the issue. If not, here are a few things to consider:
1: Are you trying to sell a branded product? It is possible Amazon approved you to sell but the Brand owner itself found your listings and decided they did not want you to sell their product on Amazon, in which case your items are removed and your account may become deactivated.
2: Are your photos on an all white background?
3: Are there any words in your description that may be cause for removal (pesticides, fire arms, weapons, adult content, etc.)?
4: Is all of your personal information correct? Are you using a debit card rather than a credit card?
You may also want to check out Seller University again to make sure there is nothing you have missed.

In your "Manage All Inventory" page, are you showing any inventory on these listings?
